Scott’s roll is President and BIC of CSG. After spending nearly 20 years in a family contracting business that specialized in the historic building restoration and building maintenance industry,  he subsequently transitioned into commercial real estate and development. The broad business experiences Scott brings to his clients allows him to have good insights to the needs of clients.

 Randall Y. Donley

As a senior commercial agent, Randy has brought his vast business and life experiences to bare with his perseverance and applying  those skills to get the results that our clients demand. His previous career as an Industrial Engineer put him in charge of designing and overseeing manufacturing facilities, which gives him special insights specifically for the Industrial Sector of real estate.

    Lamar K. Holt

Lamar joined CSG as a senior commercial real estate agent after retiring from a career with DuPont in the Kevlar manufacturing plant of Charleston, SC. Lamar, being from the Lowcountry, allowed him to work within the community as his contacts run deep. He has a heart and dedication to working with and serving on the boards of community non-profits  such as the Jenkins Orphanage.  He brings that dedication to his clients, as well.
